Welcome to Reflector, by Crimson Red Software Ltd. The Terms of Service provided here (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Crimson Red Software Ltd. (“we”, ”us”, “our” or “Reflector”). Some of our services are the mobile applications, website, email, notifications and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). These Terms also govern your access to information, text, graphics, photos, audio, video or materials made available through the Services (”Content”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You must be of legal age in your country or jurisdiction to use the Services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
By uploading content to Reflector, you retain all rights to your Content. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and adapt your content as necessary to operate the service. You may control how your content is shared and remove it at any time, which will terminate this license, except where content has already been shared by other users or is required for legal compliance.
We may use aggregated and anonymised data derived from your Content to improve our Services, and conduct research. This data will not identify you personally. This personally unidentifiable data can be presented through public or private analytics as part of our Services.
You may purchase certain Services on a subscription basis. These Services may include different subscription levels (e.g., free or premium) and various subscription periods (e.g., monthly, yearly). Payments for subscriptions can be processed through the app (in-App), via third-party platforms such as Apple or Google, or directly through Reflector and its third-party payment processor.
We may offer a free trial for certain subscriptions for a limited time. You may cancel your free trial at any time:
Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period (or as required by Google’s trial policies), your free trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription for the selected subscription period.
If you subscribed through a third-party platform (Apple or Google), you can cancel at any time by following their instructions or accessing the subscription settings in your account. If you subscribed directly through our website, you may cancel by logging in and managing your subscription via the applicable website.
All cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. For example, if you have a monthly subscription starting on the first of the month and you cancel mid-month, the cancellation will be effective at the end of that month.
Subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period charge has been processed. Please ensure you manage cancellations in a timely manner to avoid unwanted charges.
